Entarian is searching for a Logistician who wants to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively support the US Space Force’s MeshONE‐T program. The program is the ground component of the larger meshONE concept and will eventually integrate with the Air and Space components of meshONE to provide an end‐to‐end network solution across all mediums, environments, and warfighting domains. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Logistics position on a DoD contract.

Overview/Job responsibilities:

• Directing Program Inventory management, including receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels, managing inventory costs, analyzing inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures, presenting inventory results during leadership reviews, and training inventory staff.

• Planning and implementing Transportation management activities, to include planning and coordinating program shipments to CONUS and OCONUS regions, packaging shipments in compliance with current DoD and best commercial standards, tracking shipments to their final destinations, monitoring transportation cost, identifying the most efficient/safe/cost-effective modes of transportation, ensuring team compliance with DoT legal requirements, and training transportation staff.

• Ensuring compliance with Government Property Management policies and regulations, to include maintaining auditable records of contractor-acquired government-furnished equipment located at CONUS and OCONUS sites, conducting government property inventories and audits, and ensuring property record keeping and reporting at 100% accuracy.

• Developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure logistics program is compliant with current laws and government regulations.

• • A minimum of ten (10) years of applicable experience listed in the roles and responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, or other similar degree; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience managing various Logistics applications and/or ERP/MRP-type applications
  • Strong oral and written skills able to talk with subject matter experts, government civilians, and military personnel of varying rank
  • Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.)
  • Travel: 10% to various DoD and other facilities, as required

  Security Clearance:  Secret

• Working knowledge of spares management applications
• Knowledge of inventory applications such as Fishbowl
• Knowledge of international shipping processes such as ITAR
