Sev1Tech is looking for a Senior Help Desk Specialist / Ashore/Afloat Installer for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program whose purpose is to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain services for OIS mission critical systems.
This role works with NAVSUP OIS Customer Fleet Support Center/OIS Retail Partial Connectivity and Alteration Install Team (AIT) as well as the Customer Support Center (CSC) to provide Tier II support to OIS end users across the fleet.
This position is based on site in Yorktown, VA, and will require travel (CONUS/OCONUS) for on-site installations and fleet support.
